Titled "Les Sculptures," the Jacquemus fashion show unfolded on January 29, 2024, at the Maeght Foundation in Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

The first announcement, featuring actress Kristin Davis from "Sex and The City" and its sequel "And Just Like That...," unveils the show's name – Les Sculptures – and date – Monday, January 29, 2024, at noon. Meanwhile, the second teaser, drawing inspiration from viral videos, discloses the venue – the Maeght Foundation, nestled in Saint-Paul-de-Vence.

Nestled in the heart of Provence, this institution, established in 1964 by Marguerite and Aimé Maeght, houses around 13,000 works of modern and contemporary art by renowned artists, set within an architectural masterpiece crafted by Josep Lluís Sert, who also designed Joan Miró's workshop in Palma de Mallorca.

Sculptural Timeless Vision

Since the show is entitled „The Sculputres”, the models themselves adopt a statuesque aesthetic in the designer’s collection.  Jacquemus unveils a captivating array of black hues and vibrant reds, accentuated by sleek lines and a subtly minimalist bridal aesthetic. Some pieces boast oversized proportions, alternating between sandy beige and classic black, evoking a nostalgic nod to the Eighties. Echoes of Jackie Kennedy's timeless elegance reverberate through certain ensembles, while others exude the label's hallmark romantic vision with their summery compositions.

Starstudded Front Row

Kylie Jenner captivates with a mother-daughter twinning moment in the South of France, donning coordinating red ensembles alongside daughter Stormi as they take their seats in the front row. Jenner channels an Eighties-inspired vibe with a figure-hugging red mini-dress adorned with striking shoulder pads and intricate mesh overlay detailing.

Moreover, a bunch of A-list celebrities grace the event, with stars like Julia Roberts and Kristin Davis making striking appearances in tailored ensembles.

Gigi Hadid opens the show with a captivating entrance, clad in an oversized sculptural cream coat, setting the stage for models like Imaan Hammam to walk along Romanian – French Sculpturor’s Brancusi’s artworks adorning the museum's corridors.
