Trade-In Your Gear for North Face Credit

Sustainable fashion boosted.

POSTED BY ZOE TYLER

The North Face has expanded its Gear Renewal Program, known as "Renewed," to make it easier for customers to trade in their used gear both online and in-store. The program allows customers to return old North Face items in exchange for credits that can be used toward new purchases. The trade-in process is simple: customers can bring their gear to retail or outlet locations, or mail it back after completing an online trade-in.

Credits are issued based on the condition of the item, with amounts ranging from $10 to $50. These items are inspected, cleaned, and repaired before being resold through The North Face's Renewed store, reinforcing the company's focus on sustainability and circular fashion.
