Prada Takes Us Out Of This World With The Touch of Crude SS23 Campaign

It’s cinema, but make it fashion.

Grab the popcorn because Prada has taken a cinematic approach for its women's SS23 campaign that's eerie, nostalgic and scarily chic with star quality.

The short film, named Touch of Crude, was captured by film director Nicolas Winding Refn in collaboration with the one and only Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons to take the house into futuristic heights whilst exploring the lives of women and fluid modern femininity.

Featuring in the campaign are a host of familiar faces from around the world, including Euphoria babe Hunter Schafer as the lead, french actor Vincent Cassel, Black Panther's Letitia Wright, K-pop idol Jaehyun Jeong, English heart-throb Louis Partridge as well as models Guinevere van Seenus and Rachel Williams.

The film explores feelings of uncertainty and possibility as a woman (dressed impeccably, of course, in a crisp blue two-piece) moves into a new house only to discover a mysterious Black Box which provides access to a multitude of universities, each viewed from a different women's perspective.
