K-Pop Girl Group NMIXX Stars in New LOEWE Campaign

The unique face dresses are a highlight of the collection.

LOEWE’s newest global brand ambassadors take center stage in their Pre-Spring/Summer 2023 Campaign. The Spanish designer has partnered with NMIXX, a K-Pop girl group from SQU4D, a sub-label of JYP Entertainment. The seven rising stars, who recently won Favorite New Artist at the 2022 MAMA Awards, are now making a bold entrance into the fashion world.

The standout pieces of LOEWE’s latest collection are the one-of-a-kind face print dresses. Lily, Haewon, Sullyoon, Jinni, Bae, Jiwoo, and Kyujin all wore dresses featuring close-up photos of their own faces. Creative director Jonathan Anderson described it as a “playfully meta editorial concept.”

The dresses received mixed responses for NMIXX fans. Some praised them on Twitter for being fun and camp; others questioned the $3400 price tag and said they looked like something found on Redbubble. Regardless of whether you like or dislike the dresses have certainly made an impression!

The collection also included casual clothes, with the NMIXX members also sporting cropped jeans, oversized hoodies, and denim folded boots. Three bags were featured in the SS23 Campaign: the Compact Hammock, the Puffer Goya, and the Puzzle Bag. Pieces are available now through LOEWE’s online store
