Is Fendi Spiralling Out Of Control?

They're giving us vertigo in their newest collection

POSTED BY MALIN JONES

Fendi's new Spring/Summer 21 collection is giving us a good trip.

Collaborating once again with visual artist Sarah Coleman, the new collection features a contemporary logo design called Vertigo, an almost psychedelic effect which was first seen in Hitchcocks' Vertigo - bringing a slight retro feel to the new print.

Fendi's iconic 'FF' logo has been reimagined in multiple ways for the capsule through experimentation and the merging of new techniques with classic materials.

A combination of apparel, accessories, technology and more have been given the Vertigo treatment.

Calling on our y2k needs, Fendi's iconic Baguette bag is available in a pink, yellow and green satin.

If small bags aren't your thing the Peekaboo sports Coleman's print in yellow and white tones, as well as a brown leather and embroidered green.

Continuing the women's collection is a green denim dress, swimwear, tops, and a bodysuit. Accessories include a colorful bag strap, belts, sliders, sneakers and a bucket hat with the edition of hair accessories, wallets and a toiletry case.

The men's collection features a nylon green poncho, a multicolored jacket alongside a T-shirt, a silk brown shirt and canvas apparel.

Accessories feature a range of backpacks in the varied 'FF' Vertigo prints as well as a mobile phone holder, a bucket hat, sunglasses, sandals and sneakers.

Taking us into another realm, the print also features on watches, headphone holders, a polaroid camera and skateboards.

Rounding off this sizeable collection the Vertigo print blesses a food carrier as well as a thermo flask holder and travel mug that was made in collaboration with 24bottles.

The whole collection is now available on the Fendi website.
