Parra x Nike SB Dunk Low
This second drop might hit even harder than the first.
Dutch artist and designer, Parra, is launching a second campaign in collaboration with Nike SB Dunk Low and it is abstract-graphic-chic.
The first sneaker in the collab featured heavy graphic prints and white standout laces and this new colorway is a refined continuation of the artist’s printing style.
Graphics pattern the woven labels, heel tabs and linings but what sets it apart from the first collab drop, and acts as the most striking image of the artist’s influence, is the contrasting colors of each foot.
The magenta left is mauve, orange, red and purple and the blue right is deep turquoise, denim and seaweed green with striking red lace panels. Both shoes feature black Nike swooshes and beige gum soles with shaping white panels.
This second drop of the collab embodies the saying: “same, same but different”—each shoe hits a diff, but highly enchanting, color quota—one that only serves to reinforce the Dunk’s impact on the sneaker scene.
This next drop is thought to be on the horizon, and extremely limited edition, so get gassed, and get planning your color-coordinated outfits.
