Girlfriend Collective Dives Into Swimwear

Girlfriend Collective is the latest brand to dip their toes into swimwear. Famed for their eco-friendly, ethically made activewear, Girlfriend Collective is launching a collection of bikinis and one-pieces just in time for summer. 

In line with their values, the new range is constructed using ECONYL fabric, a type of regenerated nylon made from recycled fishing nets and other waste products. They’re even showing their support for the environment by donating one percent of the profits from the collection to Healthy Seas, an initiative dedicated to clearing fishing nets – which can destroy habitats – from the ocean floors. 

The pieces come in a range of block colors – if you’re looking for something classic, you can opt for a black or nude style, whilst those of you who are looking to turn heads this summer can grab a bikini in bright orange or neon green. Browse the swimwear line here.
