Claudia Schiffer has been announced as the face of Rhode’s new skincare product, Barrier Butter, set to launch on October 28, 2024. This luxurious moisturizer is designed to provide intense hydration for various skin types and areas of the body, not just the face. It features a blend of 13 ingredients, including hyaluronic acid, polyglutamic acid, and murumuru butter, all known for their moisturizing properties.
In her endorsement, Schiffer highlighted the cream's effectiveness, especially after long photoshoots when her skin feels particularly dry. She described it as an "intense hydration bomb" that delivers rich moisture without feeling heavy.
Barrier Butter has also received the prestigious Seal of Acceptance from the National Eczema Association, emphasizing its gentle, non-comedogenic formula that caters to sensitive skin.
The product will be available in both a full-size (5-ounce) and a travel-size (1.35-ounce) option, retailing for $38.
