Following the release of two documentaries in the space of one month, and the appointment of Matthew Rosengart, many believe Britney Spears is getting closer to being released from her conservatorship.

Spears’ father Jamie Spears was suspended as conservator of her 60 million dollar estate after Judge Brenda Penny’s ruling that the family’s access to her funds “reflects a toxic environment” and in the “best interests” of the pop star.

However, fans are still wondering about the project Britney has been teasing for nearly a year now - “Project Rose.” Britney has been sharing posts containing either floral emojis and references and wearing a floral-printed garment.

In an Instagram post last September, the pop star wrote, “A lot of people have been saying that a lot of my posts are not new, but they're old, but just to let you guys know, none of my pictures or posts are more than a month old. Yes, I know, I did wear the same top 17 times, but it's for a project, Project Rose. And you'll be seeing way more of Project Rose in the future."

While fans await further details on what Project Rose might be, many are beginning to speculate it’s linked to Spears’ conservatorship and the legal battle she’s undertaking to walk away. Some even think it’s about her new attorney Rosengart, whom Britney appointed in July, after the court ruled she could seek her own legal counsel. She recently expressed her gratitude to him in a post on Instagram.

On November 12th, Spears and her family will attend a hearing that may potentially see the end of the conservatorship - perhaps then more details about Project Rose will be revealed.
