Prada's Linea Rossa Unveils Its Fall/Winter 2022 Campaign
Prada is showing off its sci-fi sporty side.
Prada's Linea Rossa has recently released its Fall/Winter 2022 collection and it depicts an interesting take on the idea of movement. In a series of photographs, the campaign captures a moment of ceaseless movement. The models—which includes Charli D’Amelio, Emmanuel Dostine, Aviana McClish, Sherry Shi and Sebastien White—are depicted posing in between two juxtaposed realities.
The morphing of the two extremes ties into the campaign ethos of transformative clothing—that through endless motion clothing eventually evolves until it's adaptable in all situations and environments. The items highlighted in the campaign are a perfect blend of Prada’s minimalist design aesthetic with winter sportswear. The collection especially took inspiration from skiwear, by incorporating the padded protection of skiwear into the high performance and dynamic clothing. Reflective of the theme of movement and adaptability, Prada crafted the collection out of fabrics that are accommodating to various settings with said fabrics including nylon, tech-knit and Prada's Extreme-Tex.
