Nike Release Sustainable Air Max Plus Design
One step closer to zero waste
Nike have made another step towards sustainability goals in another iconic silhouette sneaker.
As part of the brands "Move to Zero" initiative the Air Max Plus sneaker has joined the Air Force 1 and Blazer Mid in an effort to create a shoe out of recycled wools and some Grind soles.
The new sneaker sports an ice white shade with details of blue tones and a subtle wash of blue tint across the whole shoe, creating a crisp look for the winter season.
Grey taping compliments the sneaker, adding style and support across the mesh. A leather strip feature on the lower half towards the branded counter adds texture.
Cool tones continue throughout the midsoles whilst red and blue details offset the grey and white in the Grind sole which covers the entire sneaker.
Completing the shoe are reflective elements on the laces and the vamp.
The release date is still yet to be announced, but is set for release on the Nike website in the next few months.
