Marni is Ready to Celebrate the Year of the Rabbit
Get ready for the Chinese new year capsule collection.
Italian designer Marni is celebrating the Year of the Rabbit with a colorful capsule collection. Like last year’s Year of the Tiger collection, the capsule is a collaboration with an independent artist. This time, creative director Francesco Risso has partnered with Italian artist Flaminia Veronesi to produce festive clothing and accessories just in time for the Chinese New Year.
A highlight of the collection is the pastel sweaters in lilac, cream, and pale pink, each with rabbit graphics. Other items include cotton t-shirts and hoodies, cozy zip-ups with striped collars, embroidered sweater vests, and mohair cardigans. And we can’t forget the accessories—fuzzy Mary Janes, white sneakers with bright yellow accents, rabbit pendants, and calf leather bags will add the perfect finishing touches to any outfit.
