Julia Fox Takes Paris Fashion Week In An Iris Van Herpen Gown
The New York icon is having a whirlwind fashion week.
Julia Fox has become a paparazzi princess, photographed daily in the streets of New York in futuristic leather or denim-on-denim looks. The Uncut Gems star has taken her innovative style to Paris Fashion Week, where she sat front row at the Iris Van Herpen Fall/Winter 2022 show. Easily fitting in with Herpen’s fantastical and 3-D designs, Fox wore a floor-length gown full of illusions.
Fox’s black and white gown was completed with pleating, with some sections opaque and some revealing her skin. The dress’s top mixed a halter neckline with cold shoulders, leading into caped sleeves. Fox showed off her newly bleached eyebrows and twisted her hair into pompadour rolls for styling.
Attending fashion week solo has served Fox well and proved she doesn’t need Kanye West to be a star. The actress closed out the Patou show in a yellow and blue dress accessorized with thin, drawn-on drag brows. Parisian paparazzi have maintained hype for Fox and followed her as she’s rocked looks like a latex shirt with inflatable breasts and mega-oversized shoulder pads.
Fox has previously admitted to calling the paparazzi on herself to show off looks. She shared her thoughts on celebrity culture as entertainment with The Cut. “Celebrities are not that f--king important…We’re in a pandemic. Give people something to talk about. Do your f--king service, do your job,” said Fox.
Keep up with Fox and her wild looks on her Instagram.
