It’s hard to argue with the fact that ex dominatrix, artist, actress and Josh Safdie’s muse in “Uncah Jams” Julie Fox is the ‘It’ girl of 2022. Fox broke into mainstream media in 2019 starring in the 2019 film ‘Uncut Gems’, but it was in January this year when her short-lived whirlwind romance with Kanye West had her firmly on the radar. Many would’ve thought Fox would be forgotten about after the break-up but instead, she’s continued making headlines and is the only celebrity at the moment that is really GIVING. From her viral “Uncah Jams” moment, DIY denim tutorials and racoon eye make-up Julia Fox is serving and giving everyone something fun to talk about.
Fox has already curated a signature look for herself, ab baring low waisted bottoms and tiny, tiny tops. Her latest low-rise look, which she labelled ‘MOTO MOMMY’ on her Instagram, is made up of black acid-wash jeggings that hug her hips tightly and show off her taut tummy.
The jeggings double as boots, it’s unknown as to if the boots were built in or if the jeggings are designed to be put on over a pair of boots, either way, the all-in-one look is attention-grabbing. She pairs the jeggings with a matching bra and an oversized leather bomber jacket accessorized with leather gloves and a leather bag. Her hair was pushed out of her face with a 60’s style black headband and she opted for a sleek cat-eye over her now trademark graphic liner look.
Whilst combining some of the most intimidating styles of the moment Julia Fox’s unapologetic confidence means that we can’t help but be obsessed. In the words of Julia Fox, talking about her unfinished book, the look is “a masterpiece if I do say so myself”.
