Jimmy Choo's Tokyo Flagship Designed By Harry Nuriev
Tokyo's grandeur design.
A new collaboration between Jimmy Choo, the luxury brand, and Harry Nuriev, the interior architect and designer of Crosby Studios, has resulted in the creation of Choo's largest store in Japan and one of the largest in the world.
The store, which is set to open on Saturday, occupies over 3,200 square feet and two floors. The interior is based on the brand's pop-up in Paris and offers an open and luxurious shopping experience to the customers.
The men’s products of Jimmy Choo are displayed on the second floor. The floor has a double-height staircase and a denim blue room that looks like a secret stock room. The room contains a 200-foot sofa in a boxed space. Nuriev's design idea is to make the "back of the house into a luxury retail store," following the minimalist design aesthetic of Ginza.
The store has a variety of products, such as shoes, handbags, eyewear, small leather goods, soft accessories, fragrance, and a special section from the brand’s bridal collection for women.
The opening of the store is marked by an exclusive capsule collection. The collection features the Bon Bon handbags and the Ixia 95 heeled pumps in black satin with gold orchids, which add a touch of elegance to the celebration.
Customers can also enjoy Jimmy Choo's made-to-order service at the store, which lets them create their own shoes or handbags. This service demonstrates the brand's commitment to delivering a unique and tailored luxury experience.
