BAPE x COMME des GARÇONS Exclusive S/S 2024 Collection

The Japanese fashion labels are back with another addition to their consecutive collaborations.

As another segment of their consecutive collaborations, A Bathing Ape and COMME des GARÇONS are set to release a collection for Spring/Summer 2024. The Japanese brands have been working together since 2020 and continue to drop innovative apparel lines on a seasonal basis.

This Spring, the garments will pay homage to the branding of both fashion labels, seamlessly blending the signage of the two. With inspirations of workwear and utilitarianism, the collaboration has a heavy industrial feeling, incorporating hickory stripes and chambray fabrics.

To align with the optimistic mood of the season, BAPE x CDG SS24 features pops of bright blue and pink neons on the neutral garments.

Standout pieces include the hickory striped longsleeve zip-up rain jacket, which incorporates snap buttons on the neck. A shortsleeve version of the design is also shown, and both garments are paired with matching hickory striped shorts. These items are set to release in June.

Other garments featured in the line are co-branded t-shirts, with a heavily branded style in black and a more minimalist look in white. A co-branded button-up, showcasing logos on the left side and a pocket on the right, also appears in the collaboration.

Although it is currently unclear whether the collection will be available online, an exclusive release displaying rare items from both fashion labels will be available on Saturday, April 13th, at the BAPE STORE® COMME des GARÇONS in Osaka, Japan.
