Healthy, glossy skin has been popular for some time, and the trend is reaching the eyes this year. One of the biggest 2022 beauty trends is applying shimmery, high-shine eye shadow.

Influencer Hailey Bieber made this slightly glossy and glazed makeup popular, which claims to provide a doe-eyed appearance in a matter of minutes.

Makeup with a glossy finish is more popular than ever. Initially, we witness the glazed skin, the practice of showing skin as glowy as the glaze of a donut, spread like wildfire in the beauty sphere. Then, the glazed donut nails followed suit.

This season's take on the trend is eye makeup. Called "glazed eyes," this luminous and pigmented trend can bring out the look in a few strokes.
Judging by the millions of views on social media, your favorite beauty inspirations are already converted to this effortless look.

How to nail your "glazed eyes" effect

This fall/winter's most popular look is simple to replicate and can be worn regardless of the weather. An adequate eyeshadow base, pearly eyeshadow, and clear gloss are all you need to make it your own. For a classic glazed that complements every look, opt for a copper or bronze eyeshadow.

First and foremost, to ensure that your makeup stays on all day, apply the eyeshadow base all over your eyelids.

Next, apply the pearly eyeshadow on the mobile eyelid, and blend slightly upwards onto the upper lash line.

Dab a clear gloss over the eyeshadow to set it and give your eyes a glossy appearance. Finish with a dash of mascara, and you're good to go.
