Van Gogh Museum Returns For Second Collab With Daily Paper
Street wear meets fine art.
If you’re trying to get ready for the fall weather, check out the new collaboration between Daily Paper and the Van Gogh Museum. The new drop gives us ‘art meets street style’ looks, with puffer jackets, hoodies, beanies and more. These all feature the late Dutch artist’s work, however Daily Paper have given it a modern take for a modern audience.
Paintings featured are The Potato Eaters (1885) and Sunflowers (1887), perfect to wear if you’re an art buff. The drop is paired with a campaign that features four creatives that are interpreted as ‘modern-day incarnations of Van Gogh’. The collection heavily features blue, green and burgundy colors for a perfect autumnal feel. There’s even an embroidered beanie and a tote to complete the outfit, maybe everyone will be strutting around in head-to-toe art this fall.
This project follows Daily Paper’s CGI based collection released in Spring/Summer 2021. The Amsterdam based brand kept their collection digital as a coronavirus-safe alternative to the usual fashion week events. The clothes were previewed on three CGI models, which represent the past, present and future. To shop the new range, visit Daily Paper or Van Gogh Museum online.
