River Island Teams Up With Nephthys Foster

River Island has joined forces with Nephthys Foster, a renowned London artist, to release a joyful and vibrant Christmas knitwear collection. This holiday capsule merges Foster's signature bold and colorful artwork with festive themes, aiming to add a playful touch to traditional winter sweaters.
Drawing inspiration from childhood Christmas memories, the collection includes nine womenswear pieces featuring catchy slogans like “Santa Baby,” “Champagne Season,” and “Tinsel Tonic.” These phrases are brought to life on classic crewneck sweaters, decorated with eye-catching elements like sparkling sequins, velvet bows, and playful embroidery of love hearts and a party-ready dachshund.
To make the collection even more festive, River Island has introduced five matching kidswear options, allowing families to create coordinated looks for the holidays. The children’s range is available for ages 9-12 months up to 11-12 years, offering a "family-matching moment" for a fun, coordinated Christmas look.
Sharing her excitement about the project, Foster commented, “I hope these designs bring joy and spark conversations; they are more than just holiday sweaters but are about creating lasting memories.” The whimsical pieces are available both online and in select River Island stores across the UK.
Prices range from £24 for kidswear to £45 for womenswear, making the collection accessible for everyone looking to add a festive flair to their wardrobe this Christmas season.
