We can't think of a more fitting way for such a feminist iconic icon to debut.

Malala Yousafzai has been the star of our hearts for as long as she's been in the public eye. Her activism has moved us all, as seeing such a young girl fight so valiantly would.

At only 23 she has already achieved more than most could hope to achieve in a lifetime, becoming the youngest Nobel Peace Prize winner, graduating from Oxford University, Being a Vogue cover model and more. This isn't stopping her though, her next venture is starring on the small screen.

The show she'll be appearing in couldn't be more fitting, a show about punk Muslim women trying to become a revolutionary band. We Are Lady Parts. The show is award-winning and anyone who's seen it will understand why, it's witty, charming, and downright fun to watch.

She will join Anjana Vasan, Sarah Kameela Impey, Juliette Motamed, Faith Omole, and Lucie Shorthouse onscreen. We're not sure who she'll be playing yet but it's bound to be a whole lot of fun and a fantastic debut role for her.
