A shooting at a Copenhagen shopping center resulted in Harry Styles cancelling his Love on Tour performance on Sunday. Police responded to a shooting less than a mile from the Royal Arena where Styles was set to perform.

The singer posted a statement to Twitter writing: “I’m heartbroken along with the people of Copenhagen. I adore this city. The people are so warm and full of love. I’m devastated for the victims, their families, and everyone hurting. I’m sorry we couldn’t be together. Please look after each other.”

According to NBC News, an unnamed 22-year-old Danish man was arrested shortly after opening fire at the Fields shopping center and killing three people with four critically injured.

"Tonight's concert with Harry Styles has been cancelled by direction of the Danish Police,” said concert tour promoter Live Nation in a statement following the cancellation. "We are all truly devastated by the events of today and our thoughts are with the victims and their families.”

Live Nation said that they will be looking into new dates for the Copenhagen fans. Styles is said to continue his tour in Paris on Tuesday but has not addressed rescheduling for the Royal Arena.
