It wasn't a bad outing for the first big red carpet of the year. The red carpet was filled with metallics, ruffles, and romantic beading; a lot of looks caught our eyes and made us obsess over them. The designers definitely picked it up with a strong start going into 2023. The stars served us on the red carpet, including a surprise appearance by Rihanna, who, even though she didn't walk the red carpet, we are still going to include her in our picks - no questions asked.
