If movement is magic, then FKA twigs just designed the uniform. In her first co-designed capsule with On, the genre-defying artist has brought her full-body artistry to a Spring/Summer 25 collection that doesn't just perform it transforms. Built for dancing, training, creating, or spiraling through your fourth meeting of the day, On by FKA twigs is sensual sportswear made for shapeshifters.
Think high-function, high-feeling silhouettes engineered for everything from warm-up stretches to existential wardrobe crises. There's a technical dance sneaker with a satin finish. A skort-short hybrid in buttery-soft fabric. And a bra that practically vanishes but still holds you like a whisper. The whole capsule is cut to flow with your form in taupe, lilac, and black, for days that move from sweat to stillness and back again.
When the Studio Becomes a Dreamstate
Shot by Jordan Hemingway and directed by Zeel Free, the campaign levitates twigs in clouds, caught mid-pose, mid-thought, mid-metaphor. It's less a lookbook and more a surreal meditation on identity twigs as aerial sculpture, as blur, as breath. Each piece becomes part of her choreography, styled by Georgia Pendlebury, moving like a second skin through a set designed for soft disruption.
I wanted to create pieces that could move with me, she says. Pieces that feel sensual and strong that reflect all the different sides of who I am. This isn't about gym-core. This is a love letter to body + self quiet confidence wrapped in fabric, for all the moments where performance and personhood blur.
On by FKA twigs lands June 26 exclusively at on.com. For dancers, shapeshifters, and anyone finding freedom through form.
