Emma Watson Is The Face And Heart Of Prada's New Fragrance
But she's “more than just a muse.”
After celebrating the 20th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone with an HBO Max reunion special, and continuing her role as a UN Women Goodwill Ambassador, Emma Watson is adding to her year’s accomplishments. The British actor will soon be the face of Prada Beauty’s newest fragrance.
On Prada Beauty’s official Instagram account, the brand elaborated on its decision to select Watson as a brand representative: “[Watson] is more than just a muse. More than just a face…She’s the epitome of female modernity, a celebration of female multi-dimensionality across the world.”
Making her directorial debut, Watson also directed a short film for Prada’s fragrance campaign. In a representation of the tenacity Watson has exhibited throughout her career, she was not simply handed the director job but asked for the role herself.
