C.P. Company Spring/Summer 2025
A modern exploration of classic styles.
The C.P. Company Spring/Summer 2025 collection is a sophisticated blend of the brand’s sportswear heritage and modern textile innovation. Drawing inspiration from its archives, the collection balances tradition and modernity, highlighting the brand’s iconic casual elegance with a palette of muted tones, boxy silhouettes, and embroidered logos reminiscent of C.P. Company’s defining styles from the '80s and '90s. This season, C.P. Company amplifies its core values of casual sophistication, technological innovation, and functional design.
Central to the collection are five key materials: Denim, Rafia, Taylon L Mixed, Lino Wax, and Knitted Nylon Jersey, each chosen to elevate C.P. Company’s classic silhouettes through experimental applications. Denim is featured prominently, bringing out the raw, natural appeal of materials in overshirts, knitwear, and the iconic Goggle Jacket. Constructed from 50 Fili indigo, Cotton Chambray, and 30/1 cotton denim, each denim item displays the British Sailor logo patch as a tribute to its utilitarian roots. The Goggle Jacket itself is piece-dyed, deepening the indigo hue and fitted with a breathable polyester mesh lining to ensure comfort.
Rafia brings an industrial-inspired aesthetic to the collection. This material, crafted from nylon yarn, has a distinctive, flattened texture achieved through lamination on the reverse side and treated with an anti-drop finish. Over-dyed to accentuate its rugged appeal, Rafia contributes a raw, tactile element to the collection’s outerwear, imbuing it with durability and style.
The Knitted Jersey Nylon, featured in the Explorer Jacket, is made from a Japanese nylon jersey that achieves a soft, natural texture through advanced spinning technology. This fabric is garment-dyed, enhancing its sophisticated look while maintaining an airy, comfortable feel.
Lino Wax reappears this season as well, with a semi-transparent polyurethane coating that lends a waxy finish to the fabric. This coating not only highlights the irregularities of linen yarn but also adds a protective layer against the elements, making it ideal for garments like the Lino Wax Goggle Jacket. This fabric selection showcases C.P. Company’s dedication to creating garments that combine form and function.
Additionally, the Taylon L Mixed fabric exemplifies the brand’s commitment to technical advancement. A lightweight, taslanized nylon, Taylon L undergoes an air-jet texturizing process that enhances its unique feel and appearance, further elevated through garment-dyeing. The contrasting textures achieved by combining Taylon L with inserts of CS II create striking visual interest in hoods, pockets, and other details, reinforcing the collection’s emphasis on contrasts and depth.
Extending these innovations, C.P. Company reimagines its Chrome-R, 50 Fili Stretch, and Flatt Nylon fabrics in modern silhouettes such as bomber jackets, vests, blazers, and hooded jackets. Military-inspired accents add an edge to these contemporary designs, while a series of garment-dyed cotton chenille knits with reverse spray-on effects infuses the collection with rich, textured knitwear.
The Spring/Summer 2025 collection marks a high point in C.P. Company’s ongoing commitment to technical craftsmanship, presenting a fresh perspective on sportswear that seamlessly bridges its past with an eye toward the future. Available soon, this lineup showcases the brand’s dedication to innovative, functional fashion.
