We love DEJA. She’s the kind of woman we all want to be. Unapologetic, talented, sassy, bold and confident. She sings, she dances, and she never bites her tongue. 

We spoke to her in January about her EP 'Intro,' hugely matriarchal and empowering release. Subsequently, we featured its spectacular premiere that you should definitely make a note of. Today she is coming with another single to prove her talent. ‘Boujee’ by DEJA is out. Make sure to give a listen to this powerful combo of R&B, pop and sassiness, which are all DEJA’s signature.

‘On the day I wrote ‘Boujee’ I was feeling myself and I wanted the single after my EP to make the people feel the damn same. “I’m that bitch” is repeated at least 20 times so if you didn’t know before, by the end of the song you will,’ explains DEJA and she’s right, the point is definitely taken. While she adds, ‘Self-love and confidence. What’s wrong with it,' nobody can argue with that simple yet powerful message.
