Acne Studios Gets Musical for Fall/Winter 2022
Meet the “rainbow kids”.
Acne Studios has launched the latest instalment of its faces line with the introduction of the “Rainbow Kids”. The collection continues last season’s school influence, this time revealing the “Rainbow Kids” whom they describe as “self-expressive, gender-fluid, experimental teenagers” at music school.
We can see the musical inspiration in the garments with the faces of Wolfgang Mozart, George Frideric Handel and John Sebastian Bach plastered across t-shirts and tote bags. The concert merchandise inspired pieces are paired with colorful crochet sweaters, faded floral trousers, tie-dyed terry cloth and checked shirts.
The rainbow motif is incorporated throughout the Fall/Winter 2022 collection, from crew-neck t-shirts to scarves and plimsoles. The collection also features a range of cozy basics such as hoodies, V-neck sweaters and cardigans in pastel greens, light blues, greys and coral. There’s also a plethora of new accessories with the introduction of knitted headbands, cotton baseball caps and crochet beanies.
