Vans Celebrates The Year Of The Rabbit
Three pairs of the Vans Slip-On.
Vault by Vans joined forces with Billy’s ENT, a Japanese fashion retailer, to release four limited-edition shoes to celebrate the Chinese year of the rabbit.
The 1st part of this collaborative project takes shape in the form of three slip-on shoes with three colors: red, green, and black with red inside.
All the Slip-Ons have their respective colors, with a white and darker color (the primary one) checkered pattern over them. Also, on the upper part, they have a yin and yang pattern symbol with two rabbits making it, one white and one black. As for the rubber sole, it comes in white with a red Vans vault logo on the back of the heel.
On another note, DIY HI VLT LX comes in a grey suede color, white sole, and red interior. He takes a different approach to the collaborative shoe because it lets the user decide how it looks, as he comes with a variety of Velcro attachments all around the shoe to bring you a ‘’ Design it Yourself’’ element.
The launch of the Slip-On and the DIY HI VLT LX will take place on January 1st, 2023 online at Billy’s and select Vans retailers.
