SZA Halts Her Concert After Someone Passes Out
The singer stopped the show when she noticed that one of her fans fainted.
At the Astroworld Festival of this year, Travis Scott held a concert during which ten people lost their lives due to a crowd surge. The singer and songwriter SZA who had previously performed at Astroworld before the tragedy occurred, paused her concert on Thursday after someone fainted. She halted the performance which took place in Salt Lake City, asking staff members to give out water bottles, while also addressing what happened during Scott’s concert.
‘This person’s literally flat out like passed […] out […] like flat on the ground non-responsive and it’s important that we just made sure they’re OK’, SZA told the crowd, in a Tik Tok video taken by a fan during the show.
The current death toll from the Astroworld concert now reached ten people, after a 9-year-old boy, Ezra Blount, who was injured, died last week.
