Squid Game Season 3 To Premiere On June 27

Are You in for the Final Game?

POSTED BY ZOE TYLER

The wait is over—Netflix just confirmed that Squid Game is returning for its third and final season on June 27, 2025. Buckle up, because this isn’t just another round of deadly childhood games—this time, it’s the endgame.

After the absolute mayhem of Season 2 (yes, we’re still recovering), the final chapter picks up with Gi-hun (Lee Jung-Jae) making the ultimate choice: run, or fight back. With the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) tightening his grip and the remaining players trapped in a game that just won’t quit, things are about to get even darker, deadlier, and more twisted.

And let’s talk about that teaser poster—a masked guard dragging a bloodied contestant toward one of those eerie, ribbon-wrapped coffins. Cute. If that wasn’t enough nightmare fuel, the teaser also introduces Cheol-su, the male counterpart to that adorable (read: traumatizing) giant doll, Young-hee. Yep, she’s back, and she brought a friend.

Season 2 shattered records when it dropped in December 2024, pulling in a massive 12.6 million views in just 11 days. No pressure, Season 3. But if the final season keeps up this momentum, it’s going to be a cultural event of epic proportions. Will Gi-hun get his revenge? Will we finally uncover the real masterminds behind the game? Or will the game win?

Find out when Squid Game Season 3 lands on Netflix, June 27. Let the final round begin.
