Rihanna is ending her year with another lawsuit.

According to a report from TMZ, the singer turned business powerhouse is facing a lawsuit from a German father-daughter musical duo, King Khan and Saba Lou.

The duo claim that the Founder of Fenty Beauty and Savage X Fenty used their song “Good habits (and Bag)” without permission in an Instagram post, that has now received around 3.4 million views.

TMZ obtained the lawsuit where it states that the duo claim Rihanna used their original music and lyrics without their blessing or legal permission. They state that she instead “ripped if from a music streaming platform.” The duo are suing for damages.

This is the second time this year that Rihanna has faced similar accusations. Artist and designer, Selah Marley implied that the lingerie designer stole some of her ideas for her Fall Savage X Fenty show.

Selah shared her opinions on the situation on a since-deleted post, stating "As a young, independent, female black artist, I genuinely feel robbed. I’m not signed to any label.. I don’t have any investors. I just have myself & the people who support me. It took A LOT to pull this together & to see it replicated almost exactly with no mention of my name or the work I previously put in is just ridiculous,”

Rihanna’s team is still yet to respond to the new lawsuit.
