Rihanna’s Fenty Skin Is Going Global

Yay for more cruelty free skincare!

POSTED BY MAGGIE GANNON

After the huge success of Rihanna’s renowned ‘Fenty Beauty’ range, it was only right that the singer and businesswoman ventured into skincare. Following the recent launch of ‘Fenty Skin’ in Sephora, Boots and Harvey Nichols, the range is now available to purchase in 30 different countries.

The full range comprises of 5 products: The Total Cleans’r Remove-It-All Cleanser ($25), Fat Water Pore-Refining Toner Serum ($28), Hydra Vizor Invisible Moisturizer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen ($35, refill $30), Instant Reset Overnight Recovery Gel-Cream ($40, refill $36) and the Fenty Skin Start’r Set ($40).

Rihanna’s inspiration is said to have derived from a bad experience with skincare that comprised of too harsh ingredients. Fenty Skin in turn, prides itself on vegan and cruelty free formulas that don’t over complicate things. Ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and niacinamide are used to give customers clinically proven results.

The packaging for Fenty Skin also contains plenty of recyclable materials as well as refillable containers to cut down on packaging altogether. This is no surprise for a woman that earned herself a “compassion in fashion” award from vegan charity PETA, in aid of her stunning vegan clothes collection.
