The Newest Addition To Kourtney Kardashian's Family
Welcome Rocky Thirteen.
The reality star and the rocker have expanded their family with a new son, who was born earlier this month.
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are celebrating the arrival of their son, Rocky Thirteen Barker. The couple, who got engaged in October, welcomed their first child together in early November, sources told People.
Rocky Thirteen is the fourth child for Kardashian, 44, who shares Mason, 11, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6, with her ex Scott Disick. Barker, 45, has two children from his previous marriage to Shanna Moakler: Alabama, 15, and Landon, 17. He is also a stepfather to Moakler's daughter Atiana, 22.
The baby's name is a tribute to Barker's love of tattoos and punk rock music. The Blink-182 drummer has the number 13 inked on his body several times, as well as the word "Lucky". He also has a tattoo of Rocky Balboa, the fictional boxer from the Rocky film series.
Kardashian and Barker have not yet confirmed the news or shared any pictures of their newborn son on social media. However, they have been open about their relationship and pregnancy in the past. In a recent interview with Vanity Fair Italia, Kardashian revealed that she conceived naturally after giving up on IVF. "I knew deep down that it wasn't the right thing," she said. "And in fact, I kept telling Travis: If we're meant to have a baby, then it's just going to happen. And so it was: When we stopped forcing the process, then it happened." She also slammed the haters who criticized her for having a baby at her age. "Those comments don't affect me," she said. "To those who make them, I just say, how dare you question God's plan?"
The couple started dating in January 2021 and have been inseparable ever since. They got engaged in a romantic proposal at a beachside hotel in Montecito, California, surrounded by roses, candles, fireworks, and a giant sign that read "Will you marry me?" They have also shown their love for each other by getting matching tattoos and wearing coordinating outfits.
