ColourPop X Animal Crossing Collection
You're gonna want to get your hands on this collection
ColourPop set to continue their Japanese inspired makeup collections in 2021.
Revealing their first collection of the new year, their cheek pinching collection has been created in partnership with cult Nintendo game Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
Drawing inspiration from the adorable characters Tom Nook, Isabelle, Blathers and more, the collection includes mini eyeshadow palettes, lip tint duos, blushes and glitter powders.
The Nook inspired eyeshadow palette features four green-toned shades in metallic, matte and glitter finishes.
The 5 Star Island palette pays homage to Isabelle featuring pink and mauve tones along with a neutral yellow and light pink glitter.
A lilac palette named Labelle of the Ball includes plum and purple tones of different finishes and is inspired by the Able Sisters.
The final eyeshadow palette will be a favourite amongst fans as it includes caramel tones and warm browns; the palette is influenced by owl siblings Blathers and Celeste.
Lip product colors have been inspired by the games' islands with colors adopting the names "Juicy Apple", "Cherry Cherry","Coconut Juice" and "Incom-pear-able".
The collection also includes two pressed glitter powders named "Ballon Pop", a rose gold tone and "Bellionaire", a gold tone.
Pink and peach toned blushes finish the collection.
The new collection follows the successful sell out Sailor Moon x ColourPop collab.
The Animal Crossing x ColourPop collection will be available on January 28 at 10 a.m. PST on the ColourPop website.
