Glow Recipe And Buldak Turn Spicy Noodles Into A $38 Lip Balm Duo

Glow Recipe and Buldak have officially entered their beauty-meets-snack era. The Korean skincare brand has teamed up with the cult-favorite spicy noodle label for a limited-edition Glass Balm Lip Treatment Duo, proving that inspiration for your next beauty purchase can apparently come straight from your ramen cupboard.

The set includes two tinted balms inspired by Buldak’s Original and Carbonara sauces, complete with a custom keychain featuring Peppo, the brand’s fiery chick mascot. It’s playful, collectible and very much designed to get people talking.

Meet Original and Carbonara

The Original shade delivers a soft brick tint with a spicy-sweet, tingling effect designed to leave lips looking plumper. Carbonara takes a sweeter route with a cherry blossom pink hue and creamy finish.

Beyond the novelty, the formula features hyaluronic acid microspheres for hydration, ceramides to support the lip barrier and pink pepper berry for antioxidant benefits. So while the inspiration might be fiery noodles, the goal is glossy, comfortable lips.

K-Beauty Meets Instant-Ramen Culture

The collaboration brings together two Korean brands with very different approaches to self-care. Glow Recipe is known for its fruit-forward skincare and glass-skin aesthetic, while Buldak has built a global following around its famously spicy instant noodles. The limited-edition duo costs $38 and debuted on TikTok Shop on October 15. It arrives online at Sephora and Glow Recipe on October 23, followed by Sephora stores on November 2.
