New Balance 550's Retro-Chic Makeover

If you're looking for a low-key sneaker, the New Balance 550 might not be your best bet. Most of the time, they have a simple look with white leather and a bit of color here and there — like some of the recent ones. But the newest ones for this shoe are a lot more flashy and colorful. They have shiny patent leather and bright colors that remind us of the early 2000s, when NIGO from A Bathing Ape made the BAPESTA sneakers famous.

There are two different styles of these colorful 550s. One has neon green, light pink and yellow patent leather, with a dark pink bottom and yellow strings. The other one has a lot of pink and red on the top, with some light blue on the bottom, strings, back and "N" logo — and a dark brown bottom.
