Lady Gaga x Dom Pérignon’s Exclusive “Queendom”
The champagne collab certified for royalty.
Queen of everything, Lady Gaga, and the house-Queen of bubbles, Dom Pérignon, have collabed for a limited-edition champagne bonanza that has manifested into a ruling “Queendom.”
Announced via Gaga’s Insta, the collab marks an extension of Gaga’s foray into the culinary world following her “Chromatica” pink and green Oreos that dropped in January.
This cross-over of the culinary and musical worlds, also marks an extension of both side’s creative process. LVMH, the luxury goods corporation that is the parent brand of Dom Pérignon, says “Dom Pérignon sees champagne as an act of creation that inspires emotions and elevates people and moments[…] When Lady Gaga delved into the history of the Maison, the radical boldness behind Dom Pérignon Rosé caught her attention, making this cuvée the perfect vessel for the collaboration.”

Of the collab between the two cultural icons, LVMH says, “Their connection was instant and deep.”
“Their tradition is centuries old but they push their own boundaries and find ways to reinvent themselves completely and I am thrilled that we will be able to celebrate this together,” Lady Gaga says in an accompanying video announcement.
There might only be 110 pieces to this limited-edition collection, but contracts are thought to extend over the next 2 years and so this clearly won’t be the last time you hear Gaga and champagne in the same sentence (THANK GOD!). The small number of pieces will be sold privately and displayed across main Dom Pérignon houses over the coming months. All proceeds made from the champagne will go to Gaga’s “Born This Way Foundation”—a charity started by Gaga to support and empower young people with the goal to create a kinder world.
The partnership will produce a Gaga original as well as a bottle of bubbly – a sculpture “with a magnetic dress” will be made in collaboration with Nicola Formichetti. Gaga’s insta announcement also anticipates a film, set for release on April 6th made with Nick Knight.
The collab marks an enviable cultural moment—imagine owning a vintage bottle of Lady Gaga x Dom Pérignon? That’s more than a dream, that’s a life goal. For those of us that won’t be able to get their hands on these goods – better stay on tenterhooks for the video drop April 6th— we’re gagging for our Gaga x champagne needs to be sated.
