Katy Perry's Performance Totally Stunned The Met Gala
A perfect medley of past and present hits.
This year’s Met Gala host Katy Perry turned heads on the red carpet in a daring, red-veiled Maison Margiela Artisanal gown by John Galliano. But after cocktails and dinner were over, the star slipped out of her gorgeous gown and into a sexy latex ensemble. After her wardrobe change, Perry hit the stage to perform a medley of her hits to a star-filled audience. She kicked off her performance with her latest song, “Chained to the Rhythm” and then sung some of her past chart-toppers, including “Dark Horse” and “Firework.”
Later in the night, Perry was joined by Migos and the crowd went wild as they sang a surprise rendition of the new track “Bon Appétit.” We couldn’t imagine a more perfect ending to a spectacular night.
