Kate Moss Appears in TV AD Campaign for Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS

The fashion icon graces the world of SKIMS.

POSTED BY EMILY BARKHAM

Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS (that is now the official Team USA underwear label) has just recruited Kate Moss for its new TV Advert campaign.

The British fashion icon is one of the first original supermodels, known for her blonde locks and stunning features. The star appears in a series of images and visuals modelling SKIMS’ best-selling Cotton and Fits Everybody collection. Standout pieces from the collection include the Cotton Rib Bralette and Fits Everybody Scoop Neck Bra, both of which are renowned for their fit and comfort. The ad is directed and shot by Donna Trope and will be released in 15-30-second-long visuals. Moss is the focal point of all the images standing against a soft grey background, her natural glamour and undone look perfectly translates the tone of the brand onto the advert.

Kim Kardashian commented in a recent press release that she met Moss in 2014 through Riccardo Tisci, stating their friendship was immediately sparked after she was endeared by Moss’ humor and authenticity. Kim Kardashian also gushed in the press release: “She is THE fashion icon, defining whole generations of culture and style and I am honored to feature her as the new face of SKIMS this summer.” Moss seems equally as excited for her collaboration with the Kardashian, adding: “What Kim is doing with the brand is so fresh and modern, making underwear women actually want and that fits perfectly: I wear it, my daughter wears it – even my mom wears it!”

Check out the campaign below, which will be officially debuted July 15th – don’t miss it!
