Kaia Gerber is the Star of Alexander McQueen's Latest Campaign

Alexander McQueen’s new Slash Bag is the star of its Pre-Spring Summer 2023 collection. It was recently unveiled in a short film starring Kaia Gerber, which is set in a futuristic, dystopian world. 

The two-and-a-half minute film, directed by fashion photographer Glen Luchford, explores the juxtaposition between humanity and technology. It opens with Gerber walking through a sepia-toned cityscape. Robotic audio clips are interspersed with CCTV footage as she navigates her way through eerie corridors to an infinite white space. There she finds four prosthetic faces, including her own, which she caresses before crying into the camera. Throughout the film, she carries the red leather Slash Bag on her shoulder.

Named for the trio of cutouts on the front flap, the bag features a silver skull decal and Alexander McQueen’s iconic knuckle design, inspired by London street culture and style. The Slash Bag is available now in red, black, and white.
