Jorja Smith Is The New Ambassador For Dior Beauty

Under her belt, she is a Grammy-nominated songwriter, Brit Critic’s Award winner and now she is the face of a global beauty house — Dior Beauty. Jorja joins the family of past-faces such as Bella Hadid, Natalie Portman, and Jennifer Lawrence. 

Songstress Jorja Smith is only twenty-one, however, this collaboration with Dior isn’t a surprise considering her performances at the Dior-sponsored Guggenheim International Gala parties. 

Dior stated on the campaign: 'This collaboration is an opportunity for the young prodigy of British soul … [and] to experience the intense, multi-faceted creative world of Dior Make-Up.” 

With the creative director of Dior, Maria Grazia Chiuri stating, “Her style, a blend of R&B, soul, and hip-hop, is now established, carried by politically committed and feminist lyrics.” 

Which Dior has continually been trying to push in the fashion industry, especially since Maria has been heading the house since Spring/Summer 2016. 

Meanwhile, Smith posted on her Instagram, “Little 14-year-old I would not have even thought about this while stealing my mom’s mascaras!” 

We certainly can’t wait to see the campaign for Dior Beauty this year.
