We’re off to a ‘rocketing’ start to fashion week.

On only the third day into the long-awaited week, Scott’s S/S20 collection left the audience stunned with his extreme designs. There was no need to sit front row for Scott’s show as the intergalactic collection was hard to miss. Jeremy Scott’s collection embodies everything the 44-year old designer is about, neon prints to controversial designs. A two-piece made out of underwear was one of the many shocking looks from the show. The incredible two-piece was produced using a range of textured thongs and sewn onto the black mesh. Scott’s bold creation was a moment of female empowerment. He took an item of clothing that women are expected to hide away and made something beautiful out of it.

The American fashion designer is known for his extravagant and risqué looks and this collection was no different. Sticking to what he does best, Scott brought the ‘extra’ to the show. Each look was topped off with eye-catching 80’s inspired human hair lace front wigs, make-up, and accessories including bold bangles and belts.

Scott has since taken to Instagram to give fans a closer look at the collection that was shown on September 6th, captioning one image “WE ARE NOT WITH THE BAND WE ARE THE BAND”.
