Jacquemus Launches Capri Store With Eccentric Marketing
Fashion fans are captivated by the brand's whimsical Instagram announcement.
Ahead of a runway show to celebrate the brand's fifteenth anniversary, Jacquemus have opened a store in Capri. The announcement post on Instagram caught the eyes of fashion enthusiasts, earning them comments praising their marketing techniques.

The announcement slide included an assortment of eccentric – but aesthetic – videos.
The first one shows the Jacquemus team in blue jeans and white lab coats carrying vast versions of sewing supplies. In the second is a man swimming through glistening water pulling a boat on a string. Inside the boat are secret Jacquemus designs, swaying gently on a clothing rack, hidden by garment bags.
One video shows a woman sitting on a ski lift, heel-wearing feet dangling as she stays hidden by a pile of Jacquemus boxes. Another clip shows a man, donned in the white lab coat and blue jeans uniform, ironing clothes while balancing on a surfboard in the middle of the ocean.

The fifteenth-anniversary show will take place on the 10th of June at the Casa Malaparte – a famous Italian villa that was featured in the film ‘Contempt’ by Jean-Luc Godard.
