The collection was concluding Milan Fashion Week with a flourish of creativity and elegance.
Armani's latest work is a departure from his trademark greige palette, embracing the depth and allure of black as a backdrop for vibrant floral and fauna motifs. The designer expressed his fondness for black, stating, "Black is an incredible color — end of story. Women look more beautiful in black than in any other shade," highlighting the collection's focus on evening wear.
Among the standout pieces were a boxy jacket with an oversized pocket and a velvet mandarin collar, a floor-length coat adorned with blue petals, and a tailored suit intricately detailed with flower shapes in silvery crystals. The collection also featured a gown embellished with a chain of black dragonflies and various items adorned with beaded flowers in rich hues of pink, burgundy, and dark green.
