Gucci Adds 4 New Layerable Fragrances To The Alchemist’s Garden

The search for the quintessence.

POSTED BY WAN B

Gucci just dropped four new potions into The Alchemist’s Garden and they’re anything but your average spritz-and-go perfumes. Think: luxury fragrances as modern-day spellwork, each bottle tied to an elemental phase of alchemy. Two are anchored in musk, two in Damask rose, and all of them are designed to be layered, remixed, and basically turned into your own personal scent formula. This is not just perfume, it’s Gucci asking you to play chemist with your vibe.

The Four Scents to Know

Muschio Mineralis is earthy and deep with musk, amber, and vanilla — bottled in black glass with a fox etched on it like a secret talisman. Muschio di Luce floats in with a bright, peppery musk that feels airy and luminous, its white bottle marked by a bird of paradise. Then there’s Rosa Sublime, a rose-saffron heartbeat that lands in a golden flacon with a fan motif. Finally, Rosa Incandescente brings a stormy clash of salty red algae and honeyed rose, sealed in red glass with a seahorse.

Gucci wants you to layer them like mixtapes — mix musk with neroli for a mineral-citrus hit, or smash rose and algae together for a wild floral-sea crossover. Dropping October 6th, the collection is priced at €345 for 100ml. Alchemy might’ve been about turning metal into gold, but here it’s about turning your mood into a fragrance no one else has.
