G-Star RAW Launches Dyed By Minerals Capsule Collection
Japanese model and actress Rola fronts the sustainable campaign.
G-Star RAW, the denim brand, is launching this awesome new sustainable collection! They're using naturally sourced color pigments to dye the clothes, which is pretty cool. The colors they've got for both men and women are forest greens, volcanic pinks, and desert yellows. And you know who's the face of the campaign? It's Rola, this Japanese talent who's into a bunch of cool stuff like acting, singing, and being an environmentalist. She's all about doing things that are friendly to the earth and people.
Oh, and here's the best part: not only are the colors natural, but the denim itself is responsible too. It's made from 75% regenerative cotton and 25% recycled cotton. It's even got this Cradle-to-Cradle Certified® Gold rating, which means it's super responsible and meets all these cool criteria like being safe for humans and the environment, supporting a circular economy, and using clean energy.
The collection is called "Dyed by Minerals," and you can find it in stores and on G-star.com starting May 15th. It's a step in the right direction for responsible fashion, and it's all thanks to G-Star RAW and their commitment to sustainability.
