Viktor&Rolf Name FKA Twigs As Face Of Their Perfume Good Fortune

The fashion house Viktor&Rolf hasn’t released a woman’s scent for some time. Their juice Bonbon, a fruity floral with overtones coming in a bow-shaped bottle, was introduced in 2014. Flowerbomb, the creative team's most well-known perfume came out much earlier.

The Amsterdam-based house has decided to fill the void with a new fragrance called Good Fortune.

Designers Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren remarked, "We have wanted to create a scent around the theme of modern spirituality for some time. achieving one's personal goals and looking for deeper meaning both within and outside of the physical world."

Good Fortune: Viktor&Rolf play the mysticism card with their new fragrance

Good Fortune represents contemporary spirituality and foretells an optimistic future. It was inspired by the Viktor&Rolf Haute Couture "Spiritual Glamour" collection. The fragrance plays the fortune teller card in terms of mood and unlocks the doors to a world filled with magic and occult abilities, but always in a comforting way.

Its purple fluid is visible in the bottle, displayed on a golden pedestal. A recognizable Viktor & Rolf seal is used to secure the potion's lid. Additionally, the perfume a distinctive bottle cap designed to resemble an amethyst stone.

The scent developed by Anne Flipo and Nicolas Beaulieu is beguiling and potent, beginning with a captivating and energizing top note generated by the hidden alchemy of co-distilled fennel flower and gentian. Jasmine Superinfusion infuses the center with velvety sun floral notes before giving way to a creamy and alluring Bourbon Vanilla that was ethically obtained in Madagascar.
In tune with the house’s eco-responsible approach, the scent is vegan and has a refillable container.

A chosen face

Viktor and Rolf wanted a spokesperson who could carry the eccentric universe of their newborn. Singer FKA Twigs appeared like a fitting choice. FKA Twigs is a Grammy-nominated musician whose inventions in music, visual art, and dance symbolize future worlds and build on those of the past. She is firmly rooted in the present as a performer and visionary artist with an engaging social presence.

The new muse said of the juice "Good Fortune frees my imagination and awakens my senses, It's a fragrance that is both mysterious and full of surprise. Like me, GOOD FORTUNE is sweet and bold”.

Viktor & Rolf's  Good Fortune is available in 30ml, 50ml, and 90 ml bottles. Clients have the possibility to engrave their bottles.
