My favorite skincare item for a few months now has been the Glossier Cleanser Concentrate. This Glossier must-have is the best thing for my combination skin after a full day of sunscreen, makeup, and natural sweat and oil that collects on the face. Gross to think about, I know, but this cleanser sure takes care of that — your skin might never feel cleaner.

It’s October, so who doesn’t want to get in the spooky spirit while doing your skincare? Not only do these masks leave your skin feeling healthy, glowy, and moisturized, but they make you look extra festive. I’ll admit that when I first ordered these masks, I wasn’t sure what “animated” meant, but it wasn’t intimidating enough to keep me away from a well-rated and inexpensive pack of sheet masks. Turns out “animated” means that the sheet mask looks like a Halloween mask, and you can hydrate and clarify your skin while looking like a jack-o-lantern, bat, or ghost. It’s perfect for getting a nice glow post-shower and pre-makeup routine and for scaring your boyfriend when you come out of the bathroom (I know this from experience.) And, not to get ahead of ourselves, but there are also holiday versions of these masks to take you into December. (And, yes– I already ordered them.)

Shop them here for $16.99.

NEXXUS Scalp Inergy Gentle Exfoliating Scrub

On a more serious and less seasonally limiting note, this scalp scrub has been an absolute lifesaver for my flaky, buildup-prone scalp. These kinds of scalp issues that reappear when the seasons change are common, and I’ve spent years in search of products that will minimize the effects. Now I use this scrub weekly and a little extra when the flakes flare up. On hair wash days, just apply this scrub directly to the scalp with your fingers and let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing and shampooing. Not only does it make your scalp feel clean, tingly, and fresh, but it smells like your head just left the spa. As temps cool down, this scrub is perfect for making sure the only flakes in your hair are snow.

Shop it here for $16.99.
