Final Adidas Originals By Alexander Wang Season Serves Futuristic Edge

Season 6 of adidas Originals by Alexander Wang allows us a glimpse into the future. The collection serves a provocative and futuristic take on the signature “Club Leisure“ aesthetic. We’re getting tech vibes, we’re getting disco vibes, we’re getting futuristic edge.
Wang is known for his unconventional approach of evolving and re-contextualizing the urban uniform. In this case, the uniform injects the internet’s hacker culture into the adidas Originals brand DNA by including blurry, yet vibrant lettering to the line.
The playful party spirit of the collection is highlighted with classics as the “AW Tee” and “AW Pant” combining shiny spandex and standout graphics that simultaneously contribute to Wang’s key aesthetic. The “Silver Bra” as well as the “Silver Short” match retro cycling inspired cuts. By using silver coated stretchy material, Wang delivers a smart way of combining athleisure and glam.
Season 6 footwear reinvents the “AW Puff Trainer” by including bold graphics to its unique puffer effect. As far as the accessories go, the “AW Duffl” and “2T Duffl” duffel bags round off the collection’s look of a modern day hacker’s uniform.
The collection celebrates the end of the two brand’s iconic collaborative partnership and drops on December 14th.
