Diesel's Pre-Fall Collection For 2023 Is All About Y2K And Denim
Explore Glenn Martens' take on next year's fall collection with denim as its core material.
While their impact has been unimaginably high on the current fashion landscape, Diesel’s pre-fall collection for 2023 shows us that the 2000 trends aren’t going anywhere. Denim being the star of the collection, they presented a line of baggy jeans, ultra-miniskirts, and even shoes in the ever-so-classic fabric. Low-waisted bottoms combined with semi-cropped tops can be spotted in most of the looks.
The utilitarian aesthetic Diesel is known for is represented by the typical worn-out denim wash throughout the range of jackets, zippered denim dresses, long denim skirts, and of course, jeans.
In a VOGUE Runway interview, Creative Director Glenn Martens explained that Diesel’s pre-collections are here for everybody and should remind people that “Diesel is not a luxury brand.”
